My first job was teaching high school English. I left that position after four years to co-found and be co-director of a foundation that promoted the arts for young adults. Later I returned to the classroom for another five years.
No matter what vocational interest I pursued I have always been–at heart–a teacher. And that didn't change when I began Fairway Productions in 1982, and will likely never change. In many ways the studio is a better fit for me as a teacher than the cinder block environment of the classroom. Is it any wonder that I welcome any inquiries about an educational project?
